Before your first day of school, complete and deliver to the Front Desk or email: learn@traversechildrenshouse.org
Health Appraisal Form completed by your child's doctor
Nido & YCC: annually at the start of every school year
Primary: at the start of Primary and updated after their 4-Year Well Child visit
If your child is new to our school or moving up to a new classroom, your child’s guide will call to schedule a home and a classroom visit

Please bring the following items to school on your first day (even if it’s just a visiting day). Please contact your child’s teacher if you have any questions about supplies.
All Students
Hat and long-sleeved shirt for sun protection while outdoors.
Sunscreen: the school provides 30+ SPF sunscreen. If you prefer a specific brand, please send it in and clearly label it with your child’s full name.
Please label clothing, outerwear, footwear, and backpacks with your child’s name.
