The Children's House Crystal Mountain Ski Program
Information, Dates and Times
Crystal Mountain School Program is a season-long program that offers students from 5-18 the opportunity to participate in an instructional program designed specifically for them. Certified snow sports instructors will be available to participants Sunday afternoons beginning January 8, 2012 (blackout dates apply-Jan. 15, Feb. 19) for group instruction. Participants also enjoy special rates for lift access and rental equipment.
Participants may purchase a school program pass or single trip tickets. Tickets are valid from 3:30-close.
Lessons are held at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 Sunday evenings. Participants meet at Totem Park. All participants are required to attend a skill review/safety lesson on their first trip to Crystal of the season. Instructors will evaluate each student's skill and issue them a proficiency sticker to put on their pass or lift ticket. Five and six year olds may participate in lessons but must be accompanied by an adult who can ski with them. Snowboard lessons are not available for children of this age.
The deadline for paperwork is MONDAY NOVEMBER 28th at 4:00 pm. No late applications can be accepted. Paperwork should be turned in at TCH front desk.
Pass participants must include:
•School program pass application
•Release of Liability form
•Continuing Rental form (if renting equipment)
•Payment of check payable to Crystal Mountain- Phone number, drivers license number and school name on your check
Single trip participants must include:
•Release of liability form
•carbon form from Crystal Mountain Rental Agreement (found in at Crystal at the rental desk- filled out the day of rental) (*single day renters must contact program coordinator prior to ski date to arrange for ticket purchase. Tickets will be issued to advisor only.)
